I have contacted Chrysler Financial numerous times regarding the fact that when I log on to my online account using my vin# and my email address and password, that I have access to another persons account information.The first two times I got the IT Dept.and they told me it was not their problem, then I had to use my time and money to call long distance to reach some receptionist at their main number for Chrysler themselves, she assisted and temporarily fixed the problem.

Months later I was contacted by the higher ups, only to find this problem has never been fixed.

One would think with all the millions of dollars they make, that they could fix a computer glitch!!!
