Chrysler Financial/TD Auto Ruins Lives!!!

Help!

In 9/2005 I obtained an auto lease on a 2005 Dodge Durango through Chrysler Financial currently known as TD Auto Finance. I leased this vehicle for 36/mo from *** Scott Dodge. After almost 3 years of lease payments I lost my job of 6 years, which caused me to lose my home to foreclosure and have this vehicle repossessed. The lease was almost up and there were approximately 3 remaining payments left to satisfy my lease. Chrysler sold this vehicle, did not even tell me the selling location to obtain my belonging and them sued me to for 12,199 as if I were purchasing this vehicle! They even told me that they sold the vehicle for 15,000, with such a profit I would consider my 3 payments totaling less than 1300.00 satisfied.

This is ruining my life. As of 3/2013 this has shown up as a judgment on my credit in the amount of 12,199 and for years is has also been listed as a charge off for 11,639. This should not even be legal! Chrysler has tried to garnish my bank accounts, my pay and my federal tax return! I have filed credit disputes with the credit bureaus, gone down to the court and even sent a certified letter directly to TD Auto/Chrysler Financial. After years of trying to get my life and my credit good, and coming so far, they are setting me back and ruining my credit for money that they were never owed. It’s like they want to force me to file bankruptcy! I need a resolution and I don’t know where else to turn. . Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Tomball Dodge/Chrysler is completely dishonest in their promotional "deals". They lied to two members of my family.

BEWARE Tomball Dodge!!!!!!

These people are bald faced liars. Ron Thompson & Maddy EACH told my mother & father, both intelligent adults who were extremely skeptical that they would give us MSRP for our trade in toward a new car. When pressed as to how they could possibly offer such a thing they responded that they were under new ownership, had 800cars coming at the end of the month, it was a 2 week promotion, etc. So, against our better judgement we packed the 2yr old up & drove 73miles one way all the way from Galveston to have these people tell us that yes, they were offering the MSRP MINUS the amount of miles on your trade in times 30cents a mile which put our trade in as worth a NEGATIVE $10,000!!!!

Two separate sales people, Ron & Maddy failed to tell two separate people my mother & father this key fact in this "deal" resulting in a huge waste of time & gas on our part. I am disgusted at this dishonesty & just reminded of the sad fact that if it sounds too good to be true it IS!!!

Another Pissed Off Consumer

I also paid off my Chrysler Jeep after an extremely difficult and painful episode with Chrysler Financial. They were extremely rude, and unwilling to make anything easy for me as a customer.

I was told I would get my title in a few weeks (this was over 2 years ago!) and I still don't have it. Now when I go online I see that I have to pay for it! What a crock! I am very displeased.

Why should I have to go through all this bs when I've paid for my vehicle?

Something should be done about Chrysler Financial. They should be prosecuted for their mishandling of customers.

Ther are CONSTANTLY harrassing me by calling me at my work even though I have told them to stop and remove my work number! My payment is 15 days overdue and I have already told them I would pay within 2 weeks have just been behind after having a baby.

They still continue to call my work and they must have an auto caller because I am receiving calls once an hour at my home number all day long. (my caller ID shows a total of 7 calls in one day!)I will never do business with a Chrysler dealer again!

My husband & I had fallen behind on 2 payments for my vehicle because he is self employed & had not worked in 2 months. He had a few jobs fall through that we were expecting to pay the bills.

We purchased the vehicle in 2007, do they honestly think that after 4 years of payments we would let the car go? We have been behind in the past, but we have always been in contact with Chrysler Financial & caught up all of the payments. I kept in COMPLETE contact with TD Auto Finance as well as them calling me all of the time I explained the situation to a few VERY RUDE reps. & told them that I would be able to make 2 payments by 10/31.

I even asked 1 of them to transfer me to a Supervisor & I spoke with him & told him the same arrangement. I called again 10/24, 1 wk before the arrangement was due to verify they understood that I would be making a payment by 10/31 & that would take care of the past due balance & current balance. On 10/24 the Rep. told me that everything was fine so I planned on taking care of it 10/31.

Much to my surprise 10/30 the day before the payment arrangement is due I am on the TD Auto Finance website making my payments (as promised) a Repo Man shows up @ my door! Telling me he is there to repossess my vehicle! I couldn’t believe it! Of course it is a Sunday night @ 7:30 pm no one is @ TD Auto to take my call!

I was shocked! I did NOT receive a default letter, a phone call NOTHING! I told him I was making the payments @ that moment like I had arranged with the company & that the vehicle was not even there. He said oh yes it is I saw it in your garage (by the way my garage window is so high that you would actually need a ladder to see into it), I told him well that is impossible because my husband has the vehicle out of town where he is working!

He was walking around MY house when my husband is gone flashing a light into all of my windows for all of my neighbors to see. I was so embarrassed! I guess that he finally believed me & decided to be civil & discuss this with me. He told me that this has happened to NUMEROUS people in the same situation & it was not right that they have all of these arrangements with people and they do this!

He took my name & # & I did the same I told him that I would call him as soon as I spoke with TD Auto. I spoke with a very nice lady that morning & she said that this should not have happened she saw all of the arrangements on my acct! I gave her the transaction # for the payments & she told me that she would contact the Repo companies to stop the Repossession. What can I do about this?

Has anyone had this happen or do you have any advice for this situation?

I cannot believe they can go this far with all of the communication that we have had with them! PLEASE HELP I DO NOT WANT THIS TO EVER HAPPEN AGAIN!

Guest

do they really think that just because they call you twice an hour you are going to pay any quicker they start calling me when i am 3 days late at least 2-3 hour on mine and my husbands phones....i have the money put just the fact that they bug the *** out of me makes me pay late...will never do business with them again.

Guest

THEY WILL CALL AND HARASS YOU! I CHECKED MY VOICEMAIL AT WORK AND IT WAS 17 MESSAGES FROM THEM WITHIN 2 DAYS.

WTF??

WHO DOES THAT!! WOW!

Guest

The world and most of us in it are suffering at some level because of the economy. I cannot believe that a chrysler financial rep posted on this he is uping the calls.

That is a disgrace!!! But I do agree since TD took over....it is horrible!!!

I have since cx all my accounts with TD bank-oh and one more thing, you can trick them to, update your information with new numbers 3X's . The calls will stop.

Guest

I've been harrassed by Chrysler Financial, now TD Auto Finance. If a payment is 4 days late, they commence their reign of phone terror.

This has included several phone calls after 9 p.m.

which is in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Furthermore, one of them left an abusive message yelling and stating he was "ready to get rowdy" with us!

Guest

it's very simple to get rid of them , tell them , sorry i dont take recording phone calls, and it's your right, and they can't turn off their recoerding and they will hang up , my paymet is current , but you can do that !

Guest

I'm going to up your calls to 1 every 30mins.

Chrysler Financial screws up again! Now TD Auto Finance..can't even get online pmt to go thru!

It is bad enough that we as consumers have not only bailed out the car companies and banks such as Citibank & Bank of America, but adding fuel to the fire that these companies choose to have not only their recovery depts (such as Citibank) in foreign countries, but now their customer service reps are over there too when you are just trying to make a pmt online!! CFC is now TD, and yet again, here we are as American consumers having to talk to a *** foreigner because TD's online pmt system doesn't work!

I cannot even understand, yet get help from the reps that are not in America, but can barely speak English! I bought my vehicle in the US, loan from a US car company, but yet I have to deal with someone clear across in another country?? When are Americans going to realize that this is where all our jobs are going. China is rich enough!

I would have rather had my tax dollars bailing out an American Textile company or something. Instead, we cannot even find anything made in the US anymore, nor a company that gets enough tax breaks to keep the service here either!

Enough is enough, Obama needs to start taxing & tariffing the heck out of companies choose to import products/services from outside the US and give those staying here and employing Americans a huge tax break!

I purchased a used vehicle and TD Auto Finance handled the financing. Per my contract, I cancelled my extended warranty within 1 month for a full refund.

The refund was issued to TD Auto Finance and I received my monthly bill for $0. I obviously didn't pay any money because the bill was $0. I "assumed" that they had credited me with the refund and I would not be billed for a couple months. The following month, I received a bill for twice the amount of my monthly payment.

When I called, they told me that the person who received the payment for the long term insurance made a mistake and the refunded amount should have gone towards the principle rather than being credited to my monthly payment. I requested that they reverse the late fee, they did, I told thim that this was their error and not mine and I couldn't possibly pay double my monthly amount.. I continued to pay my monthly payment when I received my bill, early, every month (for more than the amount due). My bills continued to be for double the amount with a late fee.

I continued to call to complain and received a credit for the late fee. On the 2nd month, I was told, by a supervisor, that after 6 months of payments in a row, they would "realign" my account and I would no longer recieive the double billing. In the meantime, I received repeated collection phone calls with collectors implying that I was not paying my acount, as agreed that if "I had just read my loan agreement, I'd know my bill was due on the 13th" and made other insulting, demeaning statements regarding my loan payment. I became more and more angry after receiving collections calls and became rude right back to them.

Do they even read the notes in the file? I paid every bill on time for over the agreed amount due. I was not going to repay a bill which was $0. When I asked them to read the notes, they'd admit that they were familiar with the problem.

"Then why are you calling me and harrassing me?" After the stated 6 months of payments, I called to request that they "realign" my account per their promise and was told that the rules had changed and I would have to make 9 payments. I completely came unglued, raged at them, told them what I though of their company for the 100th time and hung up. I have refinanced my loan just to get rid of these people. They received the pay off amount on the 6th from my new bank.

When I called TD Auto Finance today, the 9th, the man implied that no check was sent "if the check was sent" were his exact words. I told him I was concerned that the clock was ticking and I wanted to avoid a late on my credit report. His response to was discuss being a professional" as if that would calm me down and get me to stop cussing. "We can't prevent a late notice on your credit report, that's the law." "But I'm not #$*&(#$ late!" I'm over the top with TD Auto Finance and their insistance that I am responsible for their mistake.I called my bank, got the FedEx routing number and signature block and called back to speak with a supervisor who, informed me, that it would take 7 days for my account to be credited with the pay off amount.

All the while, my account is quickly moving towards being late enough to go on my credit report. The refinancing took some time as signatures had to be mailed. Today, I asked the person at TD Auto Finance to please help me as I have been completely hoodwinked by her company and did not wish to have a late notice on my perfectly clean credit report all due to a mistake they made in October 2011. She agreed to help.

This is after 6 months of extremely frustrating, enraged dealings with a company who repeatedly lied to me about "realigning" my account, changed the game in midstream regarding the "realignment", and consistently harrassed me with collectors. Do NOT use TD Auto Finance. As a customer of their company, they totally disrespected me, lied to me, and tried to fake me out with their false statements of "realigning" my account. Today, an alleged supervisor was helpful.

The first person I spoke with called me back to verify that the payment had been received.

Too little too late. Never again for TD Auto.

i purchased a vehicle in dec 2012 which so happen to be finance thru tdauto. My first payment was due jan 5, 2012 so i waited and waited until jan 1, 2012 to call and see were is my bill.

I finally got someone on the phone who gave me my account number an address to mail my payment. What if i hadnt call i would have been late making my first payment. I was unable to talk to a real person for weeks. Now its Feb.

and i still havent received a bill of voucher so once again i had to mail my payment in.

This company has failed the usa again. I also wrote the company a letter and they have not responded yet.

TD auto Finance collections is so rude and ruthless. I had one payment left on on a $45,000 loan with Chrysler.

TD claimed that if I paid my last payment two weeks late that they would withhold the Title. I had no choice but to pay late, but I did. I did get the title, but they put me through ***.

Recommend that you avoid this rude (shark) company at all costs. Pray they go away!

Well I settled with these guys on October 18th 2011 they said it would take 30-60 days for it to show up on my credit report. I called my bank in November for a loan and it was still showing charge off,so I called TD financial they said it would be January for them to get it on there.

So now it's February 2012 I called my bank talked to my loan officer she checked my credit report it's still showing charge off so I called today Feb2nd 2012 they said it would take 30-45 days for it to go on my credit report staring in December I said when did you recieve the payment she said October 18th I said well that's well over 30-45 days. When I called in Nov and Dec 2011 they said it would show up on my credit report in January she said who told you that I said you guys she said please hold.

She got back on and said she will be having someone call me I said if I dont recieve a phone call I will be calling right back and that's what I'm gonna do right now. :(

I sent a cashiers check in for $6000.00 to pay off a vehicle . Date of check is 21 Dec 11. The received the check either just before Christmas or the week after Christmas 2011.

Since then I have called at least six times or more to check on the status of te account and title of my vehicle.

First person I spoke to say there was a slight error, my payment was received but posted incorrectly."we can't tell you now when it will be fixed, but we are working on it. Thre weeks go by , about five more calls. Most are very friendly button help. Once I spoke to what I believe is a supervisor who claimed the account was posted incorrectly, we can not do anything to fix it and " you are screwed". Nice guy huh? The next three calls after tha I get I am told can not help you now, a supervisor will call you back.

Needless to say it is now 1 Feb 12, I am told your account is closed, there is no balanced owed BUT we can't tell you when we will release your title.

I believe I have been extremely patient, and they have been no help at all.

Please NEVER do business with this company. YOU deserve a better customer experience.

TD Auto Finance SUCKS. I scheduled an online payment with the date of 1/20/12 and ended up having to CANCEL it and reschedule or 1/23 due to the date my husbands check would be direct deposited.

Well on 1/24 I received a phone call from my bank telling me that my account was in overdraft because TD Auto Finance debited my account twice. This in turn costed me a $39.00 NSF charge. I called and spoke with Ryan who told me that he could "request" that a check be sent to me however it could take up to 21 days before I could rcv it. I told him that was not acceptable and I wanted a manager to call me.

Well four days go by and on Friday I call back and spoke with a lady who in turn tells me that my "request" for my check that I made with Ryan was never done!! OMG!! FLIPPING *****. I told her that because they had debited my account twice I was out $578.66 + 39.00 and 2 checks for the amounts of $60 and $25 were returned because of this so they are now responsible for that as well + any fees associated from my bank or the people I wrote the checks too.

I told her that I would just keep a running tab on their bill too! Well on Monday I called back and spoke to Christopher, who is supposed to be a supervisor, and he wanted copies of my bank statements where they debited my account twice and fees, blah blah blah, a letter stating what happened and what I think the end result should be. I told him that on Friday they debited my account AGAIN for the third time in one week so now I am really pissed. He denied it and so I said I will add it to the fees, don't worry.

Well as of today I still have not heard anything and I just got off the phone after a 30 minute conversation with a very nice lady who said her supervisor or Christopher will call me tomorrow. In my letter I told them if they do not pay ALL debits and fees back to me I will persue legal action and will not stop until I make them regret the day they EVER took my loan.

20/20 here I come. I will not stop until these bastar** give me what is mine back + these fees that has costed me over $300 now.

Guest

TD Finance should be taught some customer service skills. Out of the 5 people I have talked to in less than a week there was only one rep that was half way nice.

I even told each one of the reps that my last name had changed and they still haven't adjusted that. Do they do anything other than harrass hard working people. I work in customer service and know without a doubt if I talked to our customers like TD Finance does I would be fired no questions asked. It amazes me that people in there position that could help someone makes you feel like you are worthless.

I now know that it is hard to find people with any human kindness left but they take the cake. I was just barely 2 months behind and I told them within a week I would have my payments paid up plus one that wasn't due yet and that wasn't good enough. I told them of the hardships my family had been through to cause this and they could care less. I wasn't looking for pity but how many times can those people recite their written out lines..."You need to make a payment or you will have your vehicle taken away regardless of the reason".

I agreed to pay what I owed plus the upcoming month, but since I didn't have it right that moment and it might be a week they wouldn't accept it. I even tried to pay a partial payment and they wouldn't accept it. It seems to me if you want money so bad then take what you can get and let the auto owner worry about getting it to you before the cut off point.

I've never been on a complaint forum in my life but these people were so rude that I wanted to know if anyone else felt the same. I will not buy Dodge or Chrysler vehicles anymore so that I don't have to deal with this jerks.

Guest

My husband and I were two months late on our diesel truck payment. Payments are $635.00 a month.

Called to make a payment yesterday and they told me that I have to pay for November, December and January...told them that I am only two days late for January and they basically said that they don't care. I told them I would only pay $1,300.00 and they had the nerve to charge me a phone fee of $12.95. After all of this payment is not showing on-line or out of my bank account...what is wrong with this company...they are idiots. I will never buy another vehicle from a company like this...I am done.

Late payment calls are alright by me; however, 10-15 calls a day is ridiculous.

I am so done with them. I am borrowing money from my 401K to pay these people off...gladly

My comments are not as bad as the ones I have been reading. I did not receive my coupon book, called dealer, was told it mailed out a week ago.

Now it has been three weeks, no coupon booklet, payment due in 5 days!! Called TD, spoke with some *** from another country, was told to go online and do it.

I can not get on their website, hope temporary problem!! But after reading comments, sounds like online paying gets screwed up.

We bought a 2007 Commander brand new. In 04/2010 we had to file Chapter 13 on our home.

We signed the appropriate papers to keep our Jeep out of the bankruptcy. Now two years later after making $500.00 payments every month we went to a dealer to find out that they actually charged off the jeep in the bankruptcy and we have no claims to it at all!!! We are more then less renting it.

We can't sell it or trade it in. Explain to me how they can be taking 500 a month for the last two years knowing the whole time it was filed and charged off!!

Now they are threatening to repossess the Jeep because we our a few weeks behind on our payment. Really!

The attorney that filed your bankruptcy is responsible to fix what Chrysler is trying to do. If he filed the papers, he must tell the judge what has happened, OR tell Chrysler.

Paid of Loan and No Title!

Paid off my last of my loan (5 months) after CF went to TD as I got nervous. Now they claim my title was mailed but I never got it!

They are sending me a lean release letter but I am pissed. I doubt I will ever buy another product from this car maker if they can't do better than this. For 5 years I made all my payments and ahead of time with not one late payment.

The correct response would be here is your title and thank you very much! I love Jeeps but between the recent death wobble and now this...

they do not have my title either. but they are happy to give you a number to my title support which they are hooked up with and for a fee they will find it for you. seem like another way for them to make a few bucks

I thought I had thrown away the lien release I was expecting. But I just could not remember receiving it.

I am glad that I am not alone in dealing with getting a duplicate lien release.

I am so glad we helped to bail out the author industry. :roll

I also, have :( paid off my jeep. Yet, I've never NEVER recieved the title in the mail.

WTH! :( Yet, now, I've been trying to

Access the site.....calling....etc. now, CHRYSLER FINANCIAL has been bought by another company. We will hand your info to a manager and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE!!!

I will NEVER EVER use them again.

And Efrid in Florence, SC = SUCK!!!

Guest

I too paid off my chrysler and never received a title after 9 months. Chrysler confirmed my address and said it was mailed. We never got it.

Guest

So, at first I was thinking I was crazy because we just traded in our car after paying off the loan a year ago, and all we can find is the lien release and NO TITLE. My husband keeps telling me we never got one, and I said of course we must have, but now I think he maybe is right. I did get another Chrysler, but I did not finance through Chrysler!!!

Guest

The same thing happened with me. When I paid off my truck, they didn't send me the title. I called and they claim they mailed it, so now I have to pay for a duplicate?

Guest

Does anyone have the contact information for Chrysler finance? my car was paid off however DMV said there is a lein on the car and i have no luck with contacting chrysler.any help please send to ansel_son@***.com.

after talking to five different people, they finally tell me that i have to pay them for a copy of the lien releass, because it has been 11 years and the files are archived. for 5 years i paid my loan on time, no late payment charges, and now they want me to pay for something that i never received..........pissed

They are doing the same thing to my brother as we speak.. He has been in touch with 4 people, and is now on a long hold for not want to pay $30.00 for his lien release ...

This is really a rip off to their loyal customers that paid them faithfully and in full.. I suggest using a bank and not these financial companies...

Lisa - how did this turn out? We are going through this now.

Paid off a car in 2005. Just traded it in. We never received a lien release.

I was told they have no records since it was almost 19 years ago. Ugh

Guest

I just found this out the hard way. I financed a car in 2001 through Chrysler financial.

The payments were automatically removed from my savings monthly. Just sold the car and found out the new buyer is not able to title it in their name because there is still a lien on the car. How can this be? They are the ones who set up to have the money for the monthly payments.

I am so upset and feel cheated! Tomorrow I will be spending my day off of work dealing with these *** via phone!!!

Not happy. Does anyone have tips for how they solved their problems with this financial company?

Guest

I NEVER RECIEVED A LIEN RELEASE EITHER AND CAN'T EVEN FIND A NUMBER TO CALL TO TRY TO GET ONE. FOUND OUT ABOUT THIS LIEN WHEN I WENT TO SELL MY CAR.

Guest

I had the same thing happen to me on a vehicle that has been paid for for years. This is ridiculous and should be illegal since we had to pay so much to the lender. They should be made to send the lien release by law.

Chrysler...you have got be kidding! I cannot see a judge ruling on there side...seven months later!! Who was rippin around in it the last six months??

By doing this Chrysler you are gonna cost yourselves way more money in the long run!! Don't you just love it when you hear what a bunch of *** you are doing stuff like this??

I just filed a complaint with the FTC about Chrysler Financial and TD Auto Finance, I strongly encourage everyone to file one as well. I am skeptic that it will get immediate results but it will force TD Auto Finance to change their ways and prevent other people to go through this experience.

Did you get a receipt for the truck stating that it was in good condition, you can take them to small claims court, that is your best course of action, I know the most you can get is $5,000 but If you go to a higher court they have the lawyer's to drag it out forever, unless your case is strong enough for a large law firm to take the case.

Stay Away From TD Auto Finance!

Having dealt successfully with Chrysler Credit for years, i was forced to deal with TD Auto Finance, who acquired Chrysler Credit, at the time I turned in my 2008 Dodge Ram lease in exchange for a 2011 Dodge product (still love Dodge products).

I was slapped with turn in fee's which I did not owe per my turn in contract and was forced to pay these fee's despite the dealerships agreement that they were not owed.

Even though the dealership backed me up, TD was unwilling to discuss or review my case instead threatening to turn me over to a collections agency despite my great credit and my past relationship.

Horrible experience. If TD is your potential lease holder or auto finance company, think again. Do not do business with these awful people; you will regret it! Ask for another source of financing!

join the club! Had a similar experience when I was trying to purchase outright my leased 04 Chrylser Crossfire!

Had a payoff from the Dealership (supposed to be good for 20days) and waiting for my $ from 401K I put into the Gene's Chrysler dealership where I work, to be used to pay in full. Lo and behold, they take the care from my house! I could never reach the proper person, kept being transferred from one person to another, and of course dealership did not care!! Towing company tried to work with me and them, however, they even got no where!

Even after the money in full was there to purchase the vehicle! And to make matters worse, they still thought I should pay!

This was in 2008 & the car only had approx 4500 miles on it! They purposely do things without any care for the customer!

Was with Chrysler for 9 years. Had two cars (SX 2.0 and a Caliber). Was going for the Journey seeing I had a good relationship with Chrysler.

Then TD Auto Finance took over and the end of a great relationship.

I love Dodge products, but after being offered a 14% rate when I was getting less than half of that on previous leases, my wallet decided that brand loyalty was trumped by price loyalty.

I was going for a 24,000 car that would have cost me in excess of 37,000 after 7 years. Nothing thrown in. No extended warranty, nothing.

I didn't know if I should have been shocked or insulted...maybe both.

I went to Toyota and they offered me a deal I simply could not refuse. They even paid for my last lease payment for the Caliber.

TD Financial had my records and saw that I NEVER missed a payment, the household income was far more than it was since I started with Chrysler, and yet that rate was the best they could do.

TD Auto finance will be the death of Chrysler if they don't get out from under them and fast.

A lease turn-in fee IS stipulated in your lease contract, or you would have a legal case. It is my experience that, at times, the manufacturer (not the finance company) offers to waives the fee if: 1) you fulfilled the contract and did not turn in the vehicle early, and 2) you purchased a new vehicle at the same time you turned the other in. If this is the case, you should ask "why am I not eligible for a turn-in fee waiver?" Also, your dealer knows the rules on this and has access to the information and program too.

Never again...

We have been loyal customers of Chrysler for years...occasionally we a week late due to our pay cycle. Since they change over to TD, it's been nothing but hassles.

They are NOT legally supposed to call your office if you tell them not to...they are harassing, and I've always made my payment and let them know when it was coming out. I refuse to purchase another car from Chrysler just so I don't have to deal with this rude company...We get paid every two weeks and it does not alway fall on the due date in time....

Well Nikal not all of us have savings maybe you haven't had hard times like a lot of us. But finance companies usually work with you they would rather have your money than a car they will never make money on.

But TD auto finance does not care about anything at all and they keep horrible records also, messing up billing and accounts. I will NEVER go through them again.

John N Mzy

It should not matter when you get paid. You just write the cheque out and pay them.

If you are a bit short in your account, transfer the money from your savings.

You do have savings, don't you? Normal, responsible people do, you know.

I need the lien removed on my car. Was payed off in 2008.

Now I see you have a BAD reputation doing this. I'm divorced now and my attorney needs this ASAP, like that's going to happen. I'm so frustrated I will be sure to pass on this info about Chrysler Financial...My Dodge Neon bought in Anchorage at Daimler Chrysler LLC Vin#1B3Es26CO3D205328 License EJH288 was payed off, and it seems there is a lien still on it, I went to DMV today and can't do anything till I get something stating you have no more Lien on it. Just how am I sapposed to go about doing that?

Who helps with such matters? I need to get my X-husband s name off my car and papers to my attorney.

Send request to Daimler Truck Financial Service, Attn:resolution, 13650 Heritage Parkway, Ft Worth, TX 76177 along with check, acct # info and fax # and or address to mail release. will send in 24-48 hours.

Auto Finance finally subtracted the late fees. It will be interesting to see if it shows up as a ding on my next credit report.

Original review Aug 17, 2011
Chrysler Financial turned over the loan on our vehicle to a TD Auto Finance. The only problem is that Chrysler Finance never notified us of the change.

Any correspondence that came from TD Auto was probably tossed in the garbage along with all the ads from Geico, American Express, etc. I started receiving threatening calls from TDAF saying our payment was past due. Thanks Chrysler for giving me a reason to never do business with you again.

I have owned 6 Jeeps in the past 15 years and I have now made my last purchase of any Chrysler product. The TD reps were not pleasant to deal with either.

So somehow it is Chrysler's fault that TD mailed you the proper notice and you trashed it instead of opening it and reading it? Who is the ***?

Read Section 18 - Assignment - There is a one time assignment in my lease dated 2007. Your lease could be different.

Daimler/Chrysler exercised it's right and assigned the lease to Chrysler Financial Services Canada Inc. in 2008 (?)There is no provision for Chrysler Financial to re-assign the lease to TD Auto.

Ask your lawyer to read your lease including Section 18. Good Luck.
