Chrysler Financial has ticked me off. I was running behind on payments due to economic issues but was still making payments.

I was told that if I sent in one payment I would be fine until tax returns wouls allow me to catch up. We sent it in and 2 weeks later we have received a lease end notice and they will not budge on this so far. They want the car and full restitution now! I have had 10 straight leases with CFS and this is what I get!

BS. I am going to try and run this to "C" level manager to get a response!!

And to the comment by "Ha" - That attitude is the reason folks file bankruptcy cases. You ought to be ashamed of yourself.

If corporations don't work with customers, then customers will put corporations out of business. You can cuss and be an immature little baby all you want but the facts are the federal government has laws to protect consumers from financial issues and it is not a moral sin do lose your job and fall behind. There are going to be issues if you deal with the public.

If lenders don't like it the way it is, then close up and go away. I won't tolerate yout attitude.

Have you considered a chapter 13 bankruptcy? If your unsecured debt is thru the roof you can reorganize it.

You would be making payments you can afford to the trustee for either 3 or 5 years depending on your case. There is no shame in taking advantage of a federal law that allows a fresh start. If you want to walk away from it all, you can do a 7 as well, and actually if you own a home you can reaffirm it and keep it and wash ALL your unsecured debt away in about 30 days. Just one thing, please don't try this without a good attorney.

You need a bulldog in your corner. If you want a reference, call TBC (The Bankruptcy Company). Just Google the name. They are in the midwest but if you are not, they can probably refer you.

No I don't work for them and have nothing to gain here. Just a little friendly advice.

Maybe it's time to get off the treadmill and go all cash lifestyle. Trust me, it's great!

So now I have read all these comments I won't be leasing my trucks for my co. instead I will probably look into another to lease my 10.

Wow, this is exactly what ticks me off, Crysler whom is supposed to have excellent customer service during this type of Depression in our country is treating their customers.

Hmmm.... Anyhow my point is I change my mind about leasing from Crysler, once was a average car owner, now I own my company. I'm there to protest with the upset customers. Shame on you Crysler employees....

You Kids better clock in on time and don't do any OT's, better hope that you don't get laid off. :eek

Rob and Ha!, you guys apparently work for Chrysler Financial, and now, after reading this, I realize why Chrysler Financial gets such horrible reviews, and why people are so unhappy with their service. How old are you guys?

By your attitudes and the name calling, I would guess around 2, you are like 2 year olds having temper tantrums. GROW UP!

Why don't you guys do something constructive with your time and go jump off a bridge! The world would be a better place without you in it, and Chrysler Financial would be better off without you as their employees!

Rob, I have never missed a payment or been late. Where have been, on planet Mars or maybe you're just an insensitive disgruntle worker. I have called C.F.S. regarding a lease buyout, and found myself wondering what the *** happen to servility? I've paid on time, and that doesnรขโ‚ฌโ„ขt seem matter at all. Out of a dozen calls, I spoke to only one person that truly understood my frustration with my lease buyout complaint. So most of C.F.S.รขโ‚ฌโ„ขs customer service people went to college, so did every incompetent jack-*** who pissed our hard work / money overseas. Get to the back of the bus, and let them eat cake stuff. Itรขโ‚ฌโ„ขs not your fault, we just lost our sovereign right to self determination in own country, thatรขโ‚ฌโ„ขs all.

If this is the type of employees Chrysler hires that are on here speaking like this representing them then I don't want anything to do with Chrysler Financial.

I came on here before accepting the financing offier Chrysler made to me and after reading the comments made here by their employees I will not be accepting the offer but I will be copying these pages and sending them in with mydecline notice as to the reason they will not be getting my business and I will not be buying and Chrysler product.

Thank you for showing your true colors before I did accept your offers.

Ok, let's get some things straight here people. You are on this site *** and moaning about calls to you because YOU didn't pay your bill, and YOU have fallen behind.

No where in your contract does it state that we need to be nice to you. nor do we need to accept the *** lies that come from your mouth. YOU signed a contract, we didn't. YOU are responsible for your bills, we are not.

We are simply trying to get the funds that YOU promised us would be in on on before your due date EVERY month. Most if not all cf employees have college degree's. And a little FYI....we have NO grace period, if your account falls one day behind YOU ARE LATE! We cannot charge you late charged until 10 days after your due date has passed due to state law.

Maybe if some of you *** read your contract the first time, you wouldn't be having this problem. Also, maybe if you didn't buy a car you couldn't afford you wouldn't be on this wall *** about cf. You all need to grow up and start paying your bills.

And as for the people who say "ohhh we just got laid off they are so mean and wont accept my late payment"...Sorry to say *** but your account was probably delinquent before you even got laid off. GET OFFLINE AND PAY YOUR BILLS ***!!

Chrysler Financial is not the best route to go with regard to finacing a vehicle. I co-signed to help my son obtain a vehicle from Chrysler and help him build his credit.

He never did receive credit for his good efforts and prompt payments. In short, it was a bad experience for him.

Discussing this problem with them was like talking to a wall. I will not use their sevices or products again.

Guest

I have to agree with Rob...you're behind on your payments. When you signed the lease you agreed to very specfic terms...terms that stated if you fell behind on your lease payments they could terminate the lease.

Don't blame Chrysler or the rest of us because YOU can not meet your financial obligations. :cry

Guest

Typical american crybaby. Your behind on payments and no one gives a *** how many loans you've had in the best.

YOUR BEHIND ON PAYMENTS! Get it? YOU are behind on YOUR payments! Is that clearer to you?

***. Maybe if you spent your time working and not posting on the internet, YOU wouldn't be behind in YOUR payments.
