after reading some of the reports on here i reliazed im not the only one chrysler is trying to rip off. i bought my wife a 2006 dodge ram quad truck in 2006 for 23000.00 i was going to pay it off in full as i had saved up to buy it for her but the sells person told us that it would be better to have a small payment for 6 months then pay it off for credit reasons .

so i paid 20,000 down and had a note for 5000.00 which they put on for 6 years then when i went to pay it off in 6 months i was told it was not a simple interest loan as was told and i would have to pay all interest due as if i paid it out in full term of note. now to present i lost my job and have been behind up to 3 months a time and paid it when i could to stay afloat but know im down to 1200.00 to pay off and 1 month behind and getting rude comments from chrysler reps and they are trying to repo it being just 30 days past due.

finally i lost it and complained back and was told they would not listen to being put down and disgraced as they have been doing to my wife and me on a daily basis and they hung up the phone on me instead of trying to work it out and now being threatened with repo if i dont pay it off in full. i will never buy from this company again and hope they do go under to see how the common man is having to struggle to make ends meet

Monetary Loss: $25000.

Location: Rome, Georgia

I have had a Jeep Grand Cheroke for 15 yrs. I lease so I trade them in every three yrs.

I LOVE my jeep. But this last jeep is an '07 and the interrior is horrible. Rain water stains it. There are NO leaks in my jeep this happens from the door opening and closing.

Condensation from a water bottle. The cloth interrior is the WORSE I've everrrr had!!! I took it to a dealer and he gladly cleaned the water stain, the problem I am having now is that the lease is up and with the economy the way it is, I decided to buy this jeep. I HATE the interrior but LOVE the jeep.

So now my warrenty is up, I have 52,000 miles and they are telling me that they will not cover the cost anymore. This is an existing/ongoing problem. I was told it would be covered by the last guy but guess what....they have a NEW guy and he doesn't think it will be covered or give me a lender car!!!!

I'm only asking for what it right!

I am a faithful customer of JEEP and should be treated as such!!

I purchased a 2007 commander it was a lemon it just stopped workin a brand new car 1st owner only 4 miles on it after a lengthy fight i finally got a replacement car only to find out that when I did my loan i went in alone completed everything by myself none of my paperwork show anyone else on my loan. chrylser went behind my back and let my ex put their name on my loan.

i didnt not find this out until i had to get the replacement vichicle. needless to say after making faithful payments my ex files for bankuptcy and i have to suffer for it and i get no where with chrysler.

the company sucks and the people dont care about nothing but there money. well chrysler paid out 23000 for me to get that car i have paid them back that and some seens i will not pay another cent and they well have to search *** to find that car.

yeah i bought a new van thinking it was a good deal for the lifetime warranty and figured it would be reliable

ofcource the warranty doesnt cover any of the multiple problems i have already had with this vehiclel.

it just had 1400 dollars worth of work a few months ago and now its having other problems and needs 1200 more

its an 07 that i bought brand new at the end of 07

DO NOT BUY CHRYSLER LET THEM SINK THEY DESERVE IT
