They just don't stop. You can talk to one rep & another one calls right after you hang up.

Then when you tell them you just talked to them, they call you a liar. They also don't honor any arrangements you make with them, telling you that they are unacceptable & you need to stop buying purses & pay them. They also threaten to re-posses the vehicle 5 times a day, when you are only 14 days late. Come on, I'm about to let them take it - it would be better than having to deal with them.

I'm a collector & have been serious thinking about reporting them to the FDCPA for harassment and violation of the act.

fdcpa dose not apply when it is the original creditor a real collector would know that fdcpa is 3rd party there is no law and will never b a law governing the internal collections state laws apply but the only state that has collections laws governing "first party" is mass so if you want you can move to that debtor friendley state like mass but that law is post dating checks that is it the other things are breach of contract which cant be done over a collection call and if you dont belive me google search that ho FIRST PARTY COLLECTIONS AND THE FDCPA

Then report them already. Makes me think YOU are the one lying when you just talk about reporting them. If they have broken the law bring them to justice rather than crying about it on here.
