Chrysler financial is the most unprofessional financial company I have ever been in contact with. This company calls me 10 times in one day and leave 10 messages a day. Then when I speak with them they won't let me speak but rather YELL at me and tell me my account is "horrible" and proceed to threaten me. I couldn't get a word in edge wise and when I did speak the rep hung up on me. Times are rough so, yes, my payment was late but how does one attempt to make any arrangement (on a vehicle I owe $574.00 left on, mind you) or even want to speak with a rep if you get that type or treatment? Do they even follow any of Fair Debt
Collection Practices Act laws?

I completely agree! You tell them exactly what you plan to do and they dont listen to a word you say. They went as far as calling my brother-in-laws sister to try to get money. They are harrassing my entire family.
