Chrysler did not send me the lien release or
bill of sale with the title after I purchased my vehicle. Without those
docs I could not transfer the title to my name but still I figured I would call and they would
Fedex it to me as they had with the lease
docs they needed me to complete before the sale, right, WRONG. These crazy morons told me they could not
Fedex it to me even if I paid. Then they screwed up and did not send me the
bill of sale via regular
mail as they had said they would. So I called back after 7 days and was told that they would put in a "request" and get it to me in 48-72 hours. Here is the take away lesson, get the name of someone who will be accountable or else you are screwed, they could care less after you purchase the vehicle. The lease agent who is collecting your final payment is the most logical choice but if they drop the ball be ready to be amazed on how absurd they are.

I have been leasing Chrysler vehicles for a number of years. I will never deal with them again. I purchased my Pacifica at the end of the lease. They charged me $375 for an inspection fee even though the contract specified there was no fee if the vehicle was purchased. Then I got threatening letters that they were going to reposses the vehicle because the lease was up. It took four hours at the dealership to get that straightened out. Now, the payment is due but I haven't received so much as a scrap of paper to tell me where to send the payment. Phone call are unanswered. Messages get the same response.
