First, anyone reading this review should know two things. This person attempted to complain about collections. Which everyone who reads should understand is collections, not “customer service”. Everyone here should know before they get all bent out shape, it is not illegal to call anyone to attempt to get a hold of you. PERIOD It is called collections. If you don’t believe me watch the documentary “Maxed Out” about people in debt. So if the company doesn’t hear from you about the contract you are breaking and about the multiple thousands of dollars you owe them LEGALLY (aka you broke your security agreement with a legally binding contract), understand they will attempt to contact you not just on you cell…..DUH.
Furthermore, she didn’t even take the time to spell the name of the company they are attempting to complain about. “Chystler” TWICE. Are you serious! MORON. This tells me they probably don’t even understand their own of your contract, let alone Acts or laws.
Second, this person claims that the company is doing something illegal. Illegal means breaking a law, and no law is mentioned in this attempted complaint. Once again all we have is customer who doesn’t understand their contract. Has not mentioned even calling Chrysler and trying to work out a plan for payment, which is due. Nor have they even tried to complain within the company. Finally, it is funny that she threatens the company but hasn’t even mentioned talking to the company probably because they know that they are in the wrong regarding their contract. Funny you don’t talk to company because you owe them money.
