Chrysler Financial complaint
I to have been involved with chyrstler and their over the top collection practices. If 10 phone call a day from several different phone numbers is not enough, they have now somehow accuired by telephone bill because they are calling people that I did not list on my credit application as references. Four in one day. I wish I could shove the car up their ---! I would like to start a class action lawsuit against them I am sure others have felt their tactics.

a April Wilson at 1800-788-5499 is calling relatives of my friends. i know she has my phone records because my friend was visiting her daughter over an hour away and they skipped traced her yesterday. They knew her last name and phone # and I do not even have that information. i am going to get an attorney and a bunch of pissed of customers and own chrystler financial.

Check out the FCRA meaning the fair credit reporting act. Chrysler is in total violation! You can pull it up online and from the FCRA you will find details to get the ball rolling. I can tell by the comments posted , Chrysler idiots are on the loose! HIT THEM HARD!!!

you signed a contract saying you would have your payments in on the due date rain or shine, you werent complaining when they loaned you the money, you should have got a loan from the mafia I'm sure the have more comforting collection methods!

First, anyone reading this review should know two things. This person attempted to complain about collections. Which everyone who reads should understand is collections, not “customer service”. Everyone here should know before they get all bent out shape, it is not illegal to call anyone to attempt to get a hold of you. PERIOD It is called collections. If you don’t believe me watch the documentary “Maxed Out” about people in debt. So if the company doesn’t hear from you about the contract you are breaking and about the multiple thousands of dollars you owe them LEGALLY (aka you broke your security agreement with a legally binding contract), understand they will attempt to contact you not just on you cell…..DUH.

Furthermore, she didn’t even take the time to spell the name of the company they are attempting to complain about. “Chystler” TWICE. Are you serious! MORON. This tells me they probably don’t even understand their own of your contract, let alone Acts or laws.

Second, this person claims that the company is doing something illegal. Illegal means breaking a law, and no law is mentioned in this attempted complaint. Once again all we have is customer who doesn’t understand their contract. Has not mentioned even calling Chrysler and trying to work out a plan for payment, which is due. Nor have they even tried to complain within the company. Finally, it is funny that she threatens the company but hasn’t even mentioned talking to the company probably because they know that they are in the wrong regarding their contract. Funny you don’t talk to company because you owe them money.
