My wife and I bought out or lease from Chrysler Financial 2 payments early. All paperwork was faxed in 3 times from 3 different fax machines and we STILL get harassing phone calls stating our account is past due. What the f^@%? Its been over a month and we still get calls daily, despite our pleads to get them to complete the paperwork and file the paperwork so we can have our car's title. They have their money. They STILL call looking for payments. No one will talk to us or finish the paperwork. What the *** are we supposed to do to end the cycle??? My last call ended a few minutes ago and all they did was yell at me and tell me it takes time and the department who handles the paperwork doesn't take calls. I just want them to go away forever.
