I was given a month credit .Then the company added the month and late fees. I have cancer
and sent my doc in for modification. I only get calls about payment and never can reach anyone in authority.Collections is a broiler room set up they have. I have never been forwarded to the legal dept. The agents hang up on you when you try to get to the right dept. I have been told there is no legal dept. It is not reputable and they are taught to be unethical . They never read the files as well.
Harrastment all of the time.
