Right after my car accident chrysler stole my car.The chryler attorney we spoke to even admitted I my payments were up to date.So here I am, single Mom with 2 kids and a job that is over 50 miles away.No way to get there. Now no one will help me. Even Chryler Financial admitted on the phone to us (both of us law enforcement officers)that we did not owe a payt and they still never returned my car.Chrysler has refused to supply us with my history, because it will prove THEY stole my car. Then tried to make me pay it in full.I hope chrysler and its Attorneys go straight to ***.Theives

In the past a repo was the farthest thing from a acceptable conclusion and any means possible would be considered but now that the contract is the only concern. The reality of the depressed value of there product should be compensated threw the stimulus and bail ought compensation given. Yes we should be given a chance to refinance threw the now diminished perceived value. When I bought my vehicle I was not given the total finical evaluation that was Chryslers business plan to cover there ***. In the aftermath of a decade plus of mismanagement, you can repo my car from the bottom of the lake much like you sunk this economy I will sink your chances of benefiting off of my misery.

Chrysler is a sad company that should have been allowed to fail, insted our lovely leaders gave them billions to blow. Got to love America

--Here's the truth peeps...yes Chrysler does call it's customers too many times a day. And they do have a lot of young people working for them and mistakes are made. CF places emphasis on quantity and not quality..this is why you get so many calls and also why extensions aren't proceesed in a timely manner. BUT if you want to make a real difference and not just gripe about it...then contact the Attorney General's office and file a complaint.

Pay your bill according to the contract and they would have no reason to take your car.....what's the real story?

You're wrong! After Chrysler separated itself from Chrysler Financial via the bankruptcy, Chrysler Financial is now in the repo business. Not only is this company falsifying customers' payment statements, it is also "leaning on dealers" for payment on bad loans. Please visit the U.S. Security and Exchange Commission website and view Chrysler Financial's prospectus (see Chrysler or DaimlerChrysler Auto Trust) for a clearer understanding of how Chrysler Financial profits from repossessing vehicles.

don't think you're telling us the whole story. there's no reason why Chrysler would take your car, they're not in business to repro and resale used vehicles they'd loose money.
