They call repeatedly and leave rude/unkind voice messages. Even after i expain when I can make a payment, this continues. They have called my sister half way accross the country. They called my neighbors. They report negative info on my credit that is not acurate. They yell at me on the phone and constantly threaten to reposses my vehicle. The automated dialing system even calls me when no payment is due. This has been going on all winter. Things are tough with the high oil prices and energy. I have been running behind with chrysler rather then let my family freeze. But I always call and let them know whats going on. They have decided to harrass me, leave nasty voice messages and treat me like a piece of trash. Please let me know of any class action lawsuits that I can join.  Comments (30) |  |

When they call me talking crazy, I just tell them what I want them to know and hang up. I answer my phone whenever they call me, I like when I get one of the rude ones because I can get just as nasty and ignorant as they get. |

Even to the point they put her in tears by scaring her so badly.They say things like "Im gonna get you" I am tired of seeing this and am about to call the police, prank phone calls from a supposedly professional establishment!! |

Written by BELINDA, on 26-10-2009 19:27 GOD I thought we were the only ones going though this.My son lost his job and got behind on the payments and because the truck is under my name -they're coming after me.They are sueing me.I called to see if we could work something out and they said NO -It's payment in full or the truck back.What happened to helping people out in this hard times? |

I guess they are. Anybody knows of the repo laws in california? yes, we need to do a clas action law suit. They have been harrasing me so bad that I was so close to commiting suicide. My friend called and asked me to read tese posts. I am glad I did. I thought I was a horrible person and did not deserve to even be alive. That is pretty much what they have told me and I could not take the threats anymore. I wonder if there is anything we can legally do. Please, help |

Written by Tk, on 22-09-2009 20:06 I have had the same problem with them it's hard in this economy today, I have made arrangements to make the payments but at times can not make them n they demand full payment plus late amount. It has come now to the point today (22 September 2009) that I received a call from a law firm representing Chrysler Financial that they demanded the vehicle back or make full payment of the vehicle I ask the lawyer if I could arrange some kind of payment and she said no that they demanded the full amount, but she never gave me a dead line for it to be paid even after I called her back a few times to get info about making the payment. Does anyone know if this is legal or just a fraudin order to get customer to make full payment. |
