For 7 days I was trying to get through on the web site to make a payment. Needless to say 4 hours wasted. So I called, ( I tried previously for an hour and it was speaking french and the I kept getting hung up on) they have the rudest
customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. How is it if you are one day late they hound you but for 8 days I was trying to pay and could not get one person to help me. Yes, for all future payments it will go in the
mail. But when you offer an on online payment method to make it easier, shouldn't it actually work???? And when you finally get someone on the phone, they charge you for making a payment over the phone. For anyone looking to lease or buy DO NOT go through

U guys r idiots..they are not the worst company..anytime you end up with late payments ppl are going to get pissy because that is their job. I guess ignorance to you is honesty?? And rude because they dont sugarcoat the truth so they dont hurt you? Lol their straight up nothing BUT honest..pay your bills..noproblemo.

I agree 100000%...probably the WORST company I have ever dealt with...I wish we could start a club to get rid of them, or at least open their eyes to how rude and ignorant they are...
