I have been a customer for the last 13 yrs. Husband took sick & was out of work for over a month put us behind 30 days on bills. so my truck pymt has been 2-3 wks late monthly but I added the late fee to it always. 4 months ago I was diagnosed with cancer - 3 surgeries later i better. All my creditors are working with me EXCEPT Chrysler financial they are rude/heartless. called me @ 8:30pm stating I have 29 minutes to come up with 700.37 dollars.told them if i had that i wouldnt be late.I told them i had a pymt posted online for this week. But this guy says no way you better find it before 9pm today. needless to say i hung up- next day another call from a real Bchy women demanding the same thing. I explained you have never complained and excepted all my previous pymts. she didnt care so I told her you know what i am going to just turn the vehicle into the dealer i leased it from.

she didnt like that at all. we dont want the truck we want our money and will take you to court and sue you for every pymt.

you know what do it, Im tired of the treatment its not like i was 60 or more days late only a couple weeks each month.

Today I called them to tell them where the truck is. how the attitude changed, oh lets us work with you. its not to late you can go get your vehicle back.I explained what has gone on and how I was treated this one says oh im so sorry we try and help out all our customers in a time of need and dont know why those other 2 people acted like they did to me.

I told her you no what im done- send me a bill and i will never buy another chrysler/dodge vehicle againm

I would be a *** too. Regardless of what goes on in your life, you signed a contract...plain and simple.No where on the contract does it say there is an excuse for being late. And do people realize you might as well just pay it because even if you turn it in or they reposses it..YOU STILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THE CAR regardless!
