they sent me a bill for $2,486.99 for ending my lease on a 2007 caravan. I sent them a check for the full amount and they cashed it (I have a copy) of the cashed check. Days later they called me on the phone and told me they never recieved payment. So I asked what should I do next? They asked if I have a credit card and I said yes. So they took my information and charged it to my visa. after finding out I have been charged twice I called them and they claimed they have no recrord of the check, and recomended that I tell visa about it. Visa had me launch an investigation. I am still waiting to hear from them.
