Great car - Chrysler 300 Touring. Terrible
finance company. I've been working to get my account up to date for the last couple of months - I'm 30-40 days past due at present. I receive 4-6 calls from
Chrysler Financial on every phone number that I listed on my application - work, cell and home! They have called my neighbors and relatives AFTER I've made payment arrangements. Their people are not solution oriented. Their
auto dialer is absolute harrassment. I've filed a complaint with the FTC. Do NOT finance with them. Again, the car is great but
Chrysler Financial provides a complete stressful situation should one of life's events come your way -
medical issue, unemployment, etc.

dave- i think you're getting the companies confused, chrysler financial did not get bailed out. chrysler motors did, i work for cf and they require a degree for employment, when i get laid off i will enjoy my time off, maybe travel a bit and still make my car payments on time, because i *gasp expected the worst and saved money (unlike 99% of the people i talk to every day) and i'll find a nice job w/ the masters degree i earned that they paid for. good luck with those dialer calls! and we dont call if you're not past due, so if you hear from us its cus you're late!

I understand contracts and pay my bills. Chrysler calls me befor ethe bill id due and continues on a daily basses until I send them the amount due. Not over thrity days most times not over fifteen days late. I bought three Jeeps and fincanced them with the dealr all three times. This is the only time I had problems with them and they go to congress and ask us to give them billions to save a bunch of high school drop outs. They act like they are the Bloods. Good luck in the real worl when your job is over.

Um, they do have a right to be rude. Chrysler stood up to their end of the contract- you have your car. But you didnt. Sorry to hear Suzy that you are only working 25 hours a week, have you ever considered a 2nd job..OH no, your contracts are meaningless and all companies should revolve around your feelings and needs..YEA RIGHT. GEt a grip people YOU ARE COMPLANING BECAUSE YOU DIDNT STAND UP TO YOUR END OF THE CONTRACT, LOL...THEY HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO "HARRASS" YOU!

Maybe you should learn to live beneath your means and pay your bills on time. Stop blaming other people for your bad decisions and financial irresponsibility.

I understand that not everyone is going to see it from every point of view as Suzyleggs stated it your responsibilty to make your payments like you said you would. But I'm pretty sure the life of a collection agent is not easy, it's just a job they have to do and maybe if both parties on the phone not only the rep but the customer handles themselves in a professional matter and come up with a resolution, it won't be so difficult for everyone. Maybe instead of stating what you can;t do you should tell them what you can and they will find ways to work with you. Try it, It might work.

I believe that some of these people replying to these posts are missing the point. Regardless of the situation it is NEVER ok to yell, scream, call names, make fun of or being rude.
Get more with honey than with vinegar

I agree with you 100%!!!!! If it wasn't for Chrysler calling me 10 times a day for my car payment...I would not get any calls!!!!!!! Especially last summer when gas was $5 a gallon and work hours were 25 a week!!!! And I work in a grocery store...so you know that nobody was buying groceries!!!!! So how do they expect anyone to make their payments on time and where do they get off yelling and screaming at you for not making your payments on time!!!!! Yes, its our responsibility to make them on time. But where are we suppose to get the money from??? Oh yeah.....the money tree that grows right outside my f@#$%^& back door!!!!!!!!
